This form supplements, and does not replace, the Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk and Cancellation & Refund Policy published at rasnaexperience.com, which you already agreed to when you booked. Please read both alongside this form.
Travel insurance covering activity-related injury, medical treatment, and evacuation in Italy is your responsibility. If you're travelling without it, please tell us before the trip starts.
Please list any condition, allergy, medication, mobility limitation, or pregnancy we should know about — this stays confidential and is used only to keep you safe during activities.
I understand that the activities above are physical and take place on uneven ancient terrain, involve live animals, farm tools, open flame, foraged food, alcohol, and rural road transport, and that they carry inherent risks — including falls, animal-related injury, cuts, burns, insect stings, foraging-related illness, and motion-related injury — that cannot be eliminated even with reasonable care. I voluntarily choose to take part with knowledge of these risks, and I am responsible for my own safety, judgment, and physical limits during each activity, and free to opt out of any activity at any time.
This does not waive any liability Rasna cannot lawfully exclude under Italian and EU law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by Rasna's own negligence, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct (Italian Civil Code Art. 1229; EU Package Travel Directive 2015/2302 / Codice del Turismo). It confirms that I accept the ordinary, inherent risk of the activities themselves, and that not following safety instructions may be taken into account under Art. 1227 of the Civil Code.
I authorize Rasna staff and local hosts to call emergency services, arrange transport to the nearest appropriate medical facility, and take reasonable steps to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to communicate my own wishes, at my own expense (or my insurer's).
If any participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this form on their behalf.
